FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE SESSION 2021-2022

Dear parents ,

As per the latest guidelines from the State Govt. and instructions from the Governing Body of The Catholic Education Society, Lucknow, we are keeping the same fees as last year. Hence, kindly ignore the previous notice of 10/04/2021 regarding the fees structure for 2021-2022 and now you are requested to pay the fees as per the following fee structure for the session 2021-2022.

The fee structure is as follows:

Dear parents ,

  • We are going to begin the online/virtual classes from Monday, 07/06/2021 for all classes.
  • As per the State guidelines, we are keeping the same fees as last year. Since we had already printed the fee books with a little increment and distributed a few of them, we have adjusted the difference in the last installment of Feb and Mar fees, which is as follows:

    • Classes: Nursery, LKG, UKG. Rs 1980 (Instead of Rs. 3540)
    Classes: I, II, III, IV. Rs 2170 (Instead of Rs. 3910)
  • Those who have not collected the Fee booklet are asked to collect them from the school office between 09:00am to 12:00 noon, before the online classes begin and clear the pending fees. Please note that a fine for the late fee payment will be charged from July 2021.

    • Your co-operation will be well appreciated in this regard. Let us together fight against the pandemic and give our children new wings of hope for their bright future.

    PRE-PRIMARY ADMISSIONS, 2021-22

    As per the New Education Policy, Admission to Pre-Primary classes will be done as per the following age, as on 01 April 2021:

    BORN BETWEEN
    I Year NURSERY 3 to 4 years. (01/04/2017 —- 31/03/2018)
    II Year LOWER K.G. 4 to 5 years. (01/04/2016 —- 31/03/2017)
    III Year UPPER K.G. 5 to 6 years. (01/04/2015 —- 31/03/2016)

  • Admission Forms will be issued for classes NURSERY and LOWER K.G from 20/01/2021 to 22/01/2021 between 09:00 am to 12:00 noon from school office.
  • Kindly provide a proof of Date of Birth of the child while collecting the admission form.
  • Date of birth will not be changed later for whatsoever reason.
  • Submit the completed application form to the School office between 25/01/2021 to 28/01/2021 without fail. Timing 08:30 am to 12:00 noon .

    • DOCUMENTS (ORIGINAL & PHOTOCOPY) REQUIRED DURING THE TIME OF ADMISSION:

  • BIRTH CERTIFICATE FROM NAGAR PALIKA/NAGAR NIGAM.
  • ADHAAR CARD OF THE CHILD.
  • ADHAAR CARD OF FATHER AND MOTHER.
  • 2 PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOS OF THE CHILD.

    • PLEASE NOTE:

    1. Incomplete forms will not be considered.
    2. Fee once submitted will not be refunded.
    3. There is no vacancy in UPPER K.G.
    4. Both Father and Mother need to be present during admission.

    ADMISSIONS To CLASSES- I, II, III, IV 2021-22

  • There is no vacancy in classes I and IV.
  • A few seats are available in classes II and III.
  • The application forms for classes II, III will be available on 15 & 16 February 2021, by submitting Half Yearly Results of your ward.
  • Admissions are subject to availability of seats and performance in the Entrance Test.

    • DOCUMENTS (ORIGNAL & PHOTOCOPY) REQUIRED DURING THE TIME OF ADMISSION:

  • ADHAAR CARD OF THE CHILD.
  • ADHAAR CARD OF FATHER AND MOTHER.
  • 2 PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOS OF THE CHILD.
  • FINAL EXAMINATION REPORTCARD.
  • TRANSFER CERTIFICATE.

    • Please Note-

    Dear Parents,

    Greetings from the Principal and the management. As we are into the hard times of covid-19, we pray that we overcome this tragedy soon and get back to normal life.

    Further, this is to inform you that without the sufficient finances nothing happens. We have a newly built school building needing a lot of infrastructure and furnishing. Also salary payments and maintenance costs etc. need lot of funds. Hence, without the collection of fees we are totally helpless.

    We plan to start the online classes from July first week. Hence, we request the parents of all the classes to clear all the pending fees of April, May and June latest by the 4th of July, 2020 without late fee.
